At Valid Fitness, all our training involves the Valid Method which focuses on targeted & effective results. Preparing for a bodybuilding competition, sports specific training or getting bathing suit ready for the summer, we have you covered!
Valid Fitness is led by Mary Valid, Professional Athlete with the International Federation of Bodybuilders (IFBB) and an ambassador for Canada’s largest bodybuilding organization – Canadian Physique Alliance. With over 10 years of experience, Mary brings her expertise in health maintenance & athlete skill development.
The Valid Method training guide is created by Mary Valid for muscle growth and strength. Each training guide consist of a 7-day bodybuilding training split with both pictures and written instructions on how to preform each exercise properly. The Valid Method training guide targets and isolates all muscle groups individually to get you the best results from every training session. Allow a day to rest your body once or twice a week to avoid fatigue muscles.
Valid Method weight circuit training sessions have the energy of group class with all one-on-one of a personal training session! The classes include a variety of exercises targeting all body parts in one session. The goal is to assist you with building strength, muscle endurance, and tone your physique. All classes must be reserved ahead.

Practice your posing with Mary Valid – How to present your hard earned physique and all it’s best angles in-front of a panel of judges. Become educated on what the judges are exactly looking for and leave no room for mistakes.
